Rents and Bonds are better paid using the bank transfer system, but in exceptional circumstances can be paid by card payments. If a refund is required these will only be refunded by bank transfer.
Refunds will not be provided where external third party costs have been incurred, for example EPC payments, Video Tours and 3D Virtual Reality Tours.
Where fees have been paid by credit card, if a return of part of the application fee is necessary due to failing the application process, then refunds will be returned to the card from which the payment was made.
All decisions on the validity of a refund rest with the company, and the company’s decision is final.
