We knew we could entrust the sale of our house to Belong estate agents when we first met James. We had received a few valuations on our property but we felt James was very honest about a realistic expectation to secure a quicker sale. When it came to viewings, Daniel was amazing. His professionalism was exemplary and each and every one of our viewers remarked afterwards about what a pleasant young man he is- we found him very refreshing and wish him a very successful career. The final (and usually most stressful) part of the process was managed by Helen with ease, calmness and patience. She kept us informed of any updates regarding the sale and always reassured us if we had any concerns. She went above and beyond to try and reach a deadline we had in mind and I don’t think the word pressure is in her vocabulary!
