What can I say? Exceptional!

We used Belong to sell our house after a friend's recommendation and our experience with them was fantastic from start to finish.

We were in an interesting spot where we needed to sell our house within 6 weeks thanks to deadlines up the chain. James came around for an initial chat and valuation on Friday, came back on Monday to take photos and had the listing live by Monday evening.

By Tuesday, we already had 3 viewings booked in that day and Daniel couldn't have done a better job if he tried. Warm and friendly with the viewers and took on board all the information I gave him. By the end of Tuesday, we already had 2 offers!

Fast forward to Friday that same week and we had multiple offers and Helen managed them exceptionally well. (even getting us more than we originally listed for!)

The chain above ended up pretty complicated with several bad solicitors in the mix however, Helen managed to keep on top of everything and kept me and my buyers updated at every single step of the way (even on her days off!). Her work ethic is second to NONE!

This is the sort of company you should do business with if you're planning to sell a house (or buy). They came on the back of a recommendation and I will gladly recommend them to anyone else moving forward.

Remember, moving house is one of the most stressful things you will do in your life. Make sure to use a company that takes as much of that stress away as possible - Belong IS that company!
