Very knowledgeable about the local market and set a realistic price to sell. Only potential buyers who were looking for a specific type of property were shown the house. We liked that Belong showed the potential buyers around, as it took the emotion out of it. Also, James, helped with some advice on our next purchase, with no skin in the game for Belong. We know that estate agents are one of the least trusted professions, but we felt that Belong were fantastic throughout the process. The way in which other estate agents treated us as potential buyers paled in comparison.
